HOMOTOXICOLOGY
Homotoxicology is a modern advancement of the homeopathic school of assessment and treatment providing a more objective perspective of the disease and the healing patterns. It has divides the healing and disease process into two phases.
Humoral Phase represents a biological appropriate attempt of the organism to excrete the offending homotoxin or store it in the Matrix (mesenchyme) for later Excretion. No permanent cellular damage has yet taken place. These three phases are considered completely reversible
- Excretion
- Reaction
- Deposition
Cellular Phase represents an attempt of the organism to adapt to a state of increasing chronic homotoxicosis. Cellular membrane, organelle, and nuclear damage has occurred and these three phases are viewed as being less likely to be reversible from a prognostic perspective. The goal is to reactivate the mesenchymal excretion/drainage system and to normalize the rate of cellular mitosis.
